We are hiring for a sales/customer service position. This position provides a competitive wage, as well as several perks. We provide a safe working environment that is highly unlikely to be included in a forced closure. We have adapted to the new restrictions and have been providing curbside service when necessary, and allowing reduced traffic inside the store when able.
A typical day will involve interacting with clients in person, on the phone, and via email. We do our best to answer all questions and help people choose the right bicycle and accessories to help them enjoy their cycling experience. We all love riding. We ride because it is fun and we feel that purchasing a bike should also be a fun experience.
We provide training but the ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanour.
Ability to learn and retain technical information: models, features, benefits, etc.
Passion and interest in bikes and cycling.
Attention to detail.
English language skills required and French is an asset.
Hours are flexible, and will vary due to the seasonality of the business.
